- MMI perform re-tooling of competitors machines and conversion of existing machines to accept MMI standard cassettes or adapting customers specification cassettes to suit MMI standard form rolls.
- MMI UK perform profile regrinds of all styles of form rolls including competitors form rolls in all materials - Carbide, CPM10V and Steel. We will perform a full evaluation of the form rolls and customer supplied cassettes to ensure quality and performance.

CPM10V as an alternative to carbide
- New material introduced as an alternative to Carbide.
- CPM10V is a sintered steel offering a higher wear resistance compared to tool steel.
- CMP10V offers more durability than carbide at a slightly reduce cost.
- CMP10V can be easily reground compared to carbide where the discs are more prone to chipping
- CPM10V is not recommended for clad aluminium but would improve performance over steel for this application.
