Aluminium condenser with folded and extruded tubes, CAC, Radiator with B and C style folded tubes, LTR, Heaters, Evaporators, HVAC microchannel heat exchangers.

The X1000 can be integrated with all existing fin mills.

All parts have been designed for simple maintenance with easy access to all areas.
Changes to core specification can be made quickly to minimize downtime. Running adjustments are readily made on the control panel, which is mounted on a movable arm for freedom of use.
Operation is directed from a pendant control panel supplying PLC information to the pneumatic and servomotor circuits.
Full machine diagnostics through AB or Siemens control systems.
