MACHINE SPECIFICATION
- Manual tube stack.
- Chain style paddle wheels to position tubes vertically for core assembly.
- Tube feed scrolls to provide spacing between the tubes for insertion of fins.
- Fin knock out to position fins between tubes.
- Auto Core Transfer with servo positioned transfer blades to transfer the core automatically to the assembly tooling.
