Prototype Sample Production
- MMI-UK can manufacture prototype or production fin and tube tooling and supply a range of prototype and pre-production fin and tube samples on our in-house fin machine and turbulator/tube mill test rigs. These can also be adapted to accept existing customer tooling stands and cassettes if required.

- Fin form rolls can be fully tested on MMI stock cassettes or customer supplied cassettes.
- All form rolls are fully tested with calibrated back tension and a jodon bulk light transmission report is provided.
- Tube and turbulator form rolls can be tested on customer supplied stands.
- Existing customer cassettes/stands can be adapted for use on MMI’s in-house test machines.
- SPC capability can also be measured and reported prior to shipment using our in-house test machines
