Aluminium condenser with folded and extruded tubes, CAC, Radiator with B and C style folded tubes, LTR, Heaters, Evaporator for automotive and truck applications. HVAC microchannel heat exchangers.

This machine is of modular construction so can be adapted to customer requirements including automatic part loading, braze frame fit and core removal.
The X1200 can be integrated with all existing fin mills.

All parts have been designed for simple maintenance with easy access to all areas.
Changes to core specification can be made quickly to minimize downtime. Running adjustments are readily made on the control panel, which is mounted on a movable arm for freedom of use.
Operation is directed from a pendant control panel supplying PLC information to the pneumatic and servomotor circuits.
Full machine diagnostics through AB or Siemens control systems.
