PRODUCTS
- Aluminium condenser with folded and extruded tubes, CAC, Radiator with B and C style folded tubes, LTR, Heaters, Evaporator for automotive and truck applications. HVAC microchannel heat exchangers.

MACHINE SPECIFICATION
- Tube hopper system.
- Chain style paddle wheels to position tubes vertically for core assembly.
- Tube feed scrolls to provide spacing between the tubes for insertion of fins.
- Auto Core Transfer with servo positioned transfer blades to transfer the core automatically to the assembly tooling.
- Servo operated core compress elevation.
- Airway Locators to position the ends of the fins to the correct dimension.
- Servo positioned side tamper plate.
- Servo operated header fit.
- Last fin/tube support.
- A load cell is incorporated to enable pre-set core compression values to be entered for each core parameter.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
- Closed loop height control is available in conjunction with the fin mill.
- Different tube loading options.
- This machine is of modular construction so can be adapted to customer requirements including automatic part loading, braze frame fit and core removal.
- The X1200 can be integrated with all existing fin mills.

- All parts have been designed for simple maintenance with easy access to all areas.
- Changes to core specification can be made quickly to minimize downtime. Running adjustments are readily made on the control panel, which is mounted on a movable arm for freedom of use.
- Operation is directed from a pendant control panel supplying PLC information to the pneumatic and servomotor circuits.
- Full machine diagnostics through AB or Siemens control systems.
