Main features and customer benefits
- The machine will be capable of producing plain, offset and wavy fins with the relevant tooling , change parts and settings of the machine.
- The reciprocating fin press is the only machine which can produce the offset fin with a true flat top.
- The machine and its tools will be capable of manufacturing square form fins in heights up to 10 mm.
- Tool change from one fin style to another approx. 30-45 mins.
- Fin height changes only with the same fin pitch and design, will only require the tooling re setting.
- The fin press is capable of over 140(Cycles per min) max (280 fin pitches per min) dependent on fin style and material.
- Machine designed with robust construction for reliable and accurate performance with full automatic operation.
- The latest control systems are used with full operator interface through the operator display screen (HMI).
